The staged rebuild
Private link, not indexable, and it carries a banner on every page saying so. Cody stays the developer of the real thing. This is a proposal you can click through, not a handover.
Three things, in this order
Common questions
Ten questions with complete answers, carrying the structured data that lets an answer engine quote DCA directly. This is your point from the fourteenth, built. Every word is language DCA has already cleared.
Insights
The blog section. Empty on purpose until David or Dawn approve something, and the approval now happens on the DCA hub rather than anywhere they have to learn. Three drafts are waiting there.
The first paragraph of the home page
One plain sentence pair defining DCA, above anything persuasive. It is the passage a model lifts. The current site has no such sentence, so whatever gets quoted comes from someone else's framing.
The structural problem it fixes. directcarealliance.com is one page. Six navigation items all scroll the same page, so there is one title and one description covering six topics, and nowhere for a blog to live. This is seven real pages, each with its own title, its own description and one job.
What is corrected, and why. The site currently uses bundled and bundling throughout, against DCA's own guidance to say all-in case rate or all-in case price. It publishes the payment timing David asked on 4 September to keep internal. It carries absolutes that have never been cleared, and a headline statistic credited to another vendor that refers to a year that has passed. Every correction is listed line by line with the reason, and none of it is guesswork.
Where the map came from. The three static map crops of Austin, Houston and Salt Lake City are replaced by a live coverage map that fills itself from the provider record. It is empty today because the provider list has not been loaded, and it will never show coverage that is not there.
Still open. The category name, which is yours and Dawn's. The provider list for the map. And the WordPress application password, without which an approved post reaches the DCA Insights page but not DCA's own WordPress.
